Question on my domain security

When doing a simple google search for one my my domains (qcmat.com), I stumbled across a website discussing my domain:

www[dot]robtex.com/dns/thebest-porn.com.html (There are absolutely no pictures shown).

Here's the paragraph talking about it:

thebest-porn.com ("The Best Porn Videos Of The Net - Best Porn Tube") is a domain controlled by two nameservers at hopto.org. They are on the same IP network. Incoming mail for thebest-porn.com is handled by one mailserver at com. thebest-porn.com has one IP number , but the reverse is gator432.hostgator.com. medio.cz, 9abs.com, ttsh.org, qcmat.com, jwoodl.com and at least 100 other hosts point to the same IP. thebest-porn.com use this as a mailserver. hatzipieras.com and temple-games.gr share nameservers with this domain. thebest-porn.com is ranked #4043391 world wide and is hosted on a server in United States. Reputation is not yet known.

What's this about? I don't understand what he's talking about.

Wow, cool. Looks like you and that porn site are sharing a host. You are both on the same computer. Hosting companies do not give each costomer their own computer. They'd have to charge a lot if they did that. Your site and maybe 100 others are all loaded on one computer. The IP is 74.52.113.50

If you were doing a lot of volume traffic they'd have to move you.
