Magic Mouse Cause MacBook Noise

I just got the Magic Mouse and noticed that my MacBook Pro making a sort of loading/reading noise when scrolling.. It doesn't happen with my normal mouse.

Anyone else get this? It's quite annoying.😕

Strange, cant say I have noticed it on mine. Will check mine properly later.
