Random fading beep like an alarm coming from my iPhone 3GS?

First let me say I'm not just hearing things. Has anyone else noticed a faint fading beeping like an alarm randomly coming from their iphone? I jailbroke my 3GS a few days ago and I first noticed it this morning and about four times since then. I've checked all my app settings and my settings in my iPhone and I can't find anything. It's making me nuts! 😕 Any ideas?
