Cydia Problem

OK im not real sure if they are related or not but since i unlocked my phone last night i have been getting a strange error in Cydia.. When i launch Cydia i get a message that says "Warning Database: Duplicate sources.list entry https://cy.sosiphone.com./Packages (var/lib/apt/list/sosiphone.com__Packages)

i hit ok and then get "Error Database" Encountered a section with no package header..


Now there is nothing i can see in cydia no packages no sources nothing...

Now i had been getting alot of different errors in cydia before but nothing that would make everything disapear.. So im not sure what the problem is or how to fix it..
Im running 3.1.2 on my 3GS

I really dont want to do a restore and then redo everything but i have a feeling thats the fix..

I'm thinking of deleting then installing Cydia again. I'll post if it works when I do it.
