Apple today released WaveBurner 1.6.1 Update (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL956), providing several enhancements to the professional production utility for mastering and authoring audio CDs available as part the company's Logic Studio suite.This update improves stability and provides numerous fixes.

Issues addressed include:

- Mastering notes are now properly saved to disk

- Waveform display in the Mix Lane renders more consistentlyA full list of changes is available in the WaveBurner 1.6.1 release notes (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3069). The update weighs in at 88.48 MB and requires OS X 10.5.7 or later.

curious...

apparently LPs are outselling CDs in europe, and with apple's enormous success in the digital music business with iPod/iTunes, updating this (niche?) software seems rather kind of them. :)

Apple has a LOT of simultaneous projects. They should hurry up and finish the new Cupertino campus. HUNDREDS of projects. Yes there is some crossover, but nonetheless . . . .
