M Mactagonist macrumors 65816 Nov 5, 2009 #3 I think it is a 2 platter drive at that capacity and thus too tall at 8mm. In all honesty, I hope the Rev C is the last Air to include a HDD. 5.5mm 1.8" HDDs are dinosaurs and they are right on the edge of extinction.
