iTunes 9 shows iPhone apps greyed out

Hello,

I'm running iTunes 9.0.2(25)
I'm running 3.1.2 on my iPhone.

When I'm on iTunes I can't edit my apps, they're all there, but greyed out.
If I do a restore, all is fine, for a week or so and then the same thing happens again.

Can anyone help?

Probably this:
when you go inside the applications tab from your iPhone (inside iTunes) where you have the Apps greyed out, there is a box next to the words "Sync Applications:" make sure there is a checkmark there so you can rearrange & sync your apps
