The Magic Mouse paired just fine. It works (having downloaded appropriate updates from Apple).

If the computer reboots then the Magic Mouse will not automatically reconnect.

I can use the Bluetooth to reconnect, though.

Am I missing a setting/configuration somewhere?

With the mouse connected, try turning off Bluetooth on the MBA, then back on. I had a similar problem, where it wouldn't reconnect on cycling the power on the mouse, and that little procedure seemed to fix it. (I don't have any problems on reboot, either, but I'm not sure I did - I only saw it when turning the mouse off/on.)

Same Problem with Mouse

Hello.

Yes. I had the same problem, but I went to the Apple Store, and they fixed it.

I was going to hold off on getting this new mouse. I thought the Mighty Mouse was sufficient enough. Plus I didn't use the mouse that much. Then I went to an Apple reseller and played with one, the new one.....I left the store with one. Imagine that!!! And I will be using the mouse much more now too!

It's a very cool mouse! And that little tiny ball is gone! Amazing!

Enjoy!
