Hello,

I was contemplating purchasing this drive; however, as many of you know, the powerbook g4 usually needs the 1usb to 2usb wire, does the lacie little disk offer this?

Or better yet, can anyone who has the latest and greatest laptop (powerbook 12inch 1.5ghz g4) comment on whether or not the lacie little disk usb 2.0 works?

thanks

What is the 1usb to 2usb wire?

my external drive at home has it.

It is one miniUSB adapter on one side, and out of that you get two regular USB adapters, so you plug in "2 USB wires" for the ONE miniUSB so that one is used for extra power i believe.

However, the lacie, it's USB cord is connected to the enclosure, so obviously I can't use my old wire and i'm wondering how i get around that?
