Don't know if this is good for US readers but for the UK...

Not a bad deal at all! I'd go for the only 2 games that vaguely interest me (Borderlands and Forza), wonder why they didn't bundle older, high rated games like Fallout, Bioshock 1 etc?

And could you post a link to this? I've just had a look on Amazon and couldn't find any £199 bundles. Nevermind found it, and needless to say it's enticed some non-360 owners :D.

Xbox 360 elite, with Dragon Age & Forza + Extra Controller + Pure + Lego Batman for 235 Euro including shipping...... You could buy that and trade it in at gamestop for more value :D

Meh, I'm in the market for a 360, but I don't think I'm gonna go with this. Not only do I not live in the US, but I can't play M games :(

Hell I'm tempted to sell mine (Arcade with HDD) and buy it. Assuming it'd go for £100... 4 games, 2 controllers and a bigger HDD for an extra £100? Actually very tempted. Curses!

i think they must have reduced the price of the elite recently, i can't be sure but i seem to remember glancing at a poster deal in the window of GAME as i walked past earlier today. I remember it definately had an elite on it and at least 1 bundled game for £199.99. I remember thinking that was cheaper than usual, but didn't have time to stop and examine.
Anyone else kno on any 360 elite price drops? Or do you think its christmas deals coming up?

^ Yep elite is 199 sterling, 249 Euro.

However this deal means you get an extra wireless controller and 4 games free. That makes it very good indeed.

Many shops are doing that now. It's well and truly in Christmas mode now, my local Gamestation had signs outside with some crazygood Wii deals in (£199 for Wii, Kart, Brawl, Galaxy, Classic Controller, extra wiimote+nunchuck, 2000 pointcard).
