Which app can I cut out a selection of audio from an mp3 file? The file is a mix and want to cut out a section of it to post on youtube.

It's only $32. It's the only program I know of that can edit lossy files (mp3/aac/whatever) without decoding and re-encoding which results in a loss of quality.

Garage band can do this. So can Quick Time.
