This is just a question. Does anyone have the new iskin solo fx se? If so, could you post some pictures or give your input on the case?

The Solo FX is my absolute favorite case. These new colors are very cool. I wish i didn't see this, i really shouldn't spend $35 on another case! If i end up with one, i'll post pics.

I don't know, but I'm keeping an eye out on Amazon for them (have a gift certificate to burn). I'm torn between the black and the pink, personally.

Amazon doesn't seem to carry those yet. But then again, they only have one Solo FX and the rest are all sold by third party.

I wonder why store.apple.com doesn't carry them. I want to use the rest of my giftcard.

I know. It sucks. Hopefully someone'll decide to carry them soon. I just can't justify spending $35 for yet another case.

Anyone seen any live product shots? The studio shots are always slightly different than how it looks in real life.

FWIW, mygearstore.com has them right now for $28.95.

Add in shipping, and it costs just as expensive. I rather wait until it comes out at store.

Very nice review/unboxing, thanks for the link.

Anyone know if these types tend to stretch out over time from removing and replacing the iphone in and out?

Assuming it's the same as the standard Solo FX, no, they don't stretch out from putting them on and taking them off repeatedly. Neither do the knockoffs, at least in my experience so far. I get bored very quickly with cases and tend to cycle through the ones I have every few days, so they get "stretched" to put on and take off quite frequently and I haven't seen any long-lasting ill effects.

Same goes for the Incipio NGP, at least thus far. :)

I'm really tempted to get one of these. I've been using an Incase Slider with a Power Support anti-glare screen protector for a while now and I'm getting tired at that "dull" matt look on the screen. I really miss the shininess of the iphone without any screen protector (and besides, that one little bubble up at the top that the incase causes drives me nuts).

My question is to anyone that has any of these iskin Solo cases is how does the screen protector that comes with it work? Is it as touch sensitive as the Power Supports are? Also, I'm assuming that it's a more of a hard thin plastic protector that you slide in under the case as opposed to the ultra thin film that you have to apply to the screen itself, like the Power Support, correct?

They have the regular FX advertised, not the SE. Strange though, the Pic is for the black one but the FX doesn't have a black color available.

Well, the SE was advertised for that price back on the 11th when I posted that. ;)


ETA: Looks like it still is that price. They just have the product mislabeled as the FX when it's actually the FX SE.
