My brother threw a tantrum at me, since I forgot to close the door for him after leaving his room and was too far away to hear him tell me to close the door. I went to the backyard and had a clear view of my room. I saw him walk into my room and then he slammed the lid of my MBP. I was literally over 20ft away and was able to see and hear it slam really hard. I had no idea what was going on so I ran back to my room to see him come back with a book about ready to strike it down. Luckily, I was able to stop him. Now, I'm afraid of opening back my computer since it might be damaged. Is there something I should be worried about? I remember that when you apply a little bit of pressure to the lid, it presses down so I have this feeling that he damaged something around the lid. Could he have damaged the LED lights since it's around there?
