This sort of problem is all to common for companies that outsource their manufacturing. Thise that are dealing with contractors in China or Russia seem to have problems more often than others. Legal recourse is seldom effective since there are several ways to shield oneself from it. I expect the problem to become even more threatening in the future. It is wise to be very wary when outsourcing to other countries. You could save money now at the cost of your business in the future.
