Reformat 3G iPod from Mac to windows

Hello. Recently I sold my wifes 3G 20GB iPod on eBay (so she could get a mini). The lady I sold it to wants to use it on a windows machine and we have it formatted for our Macs. What does she have to do to change it over for windows use? Is it as simple as plugging it into the windows machine and running the windows iPod software restore/updater? Thanks for the help!

She'll have to have iTunes and the iPod Updater on her computer. After that she just plugs in the iPod and she'll be prompted to reformat it.
