Updates after changing country in itunes?

Only when you change back to the country relevant to the app in question. It's the a/c that gets "notified" of the update.

I wouldn't recommend updating. I ran into tons of problems when I try to update my apps down in Mexico, basically some apps wouldn't launch and I had to do an uninstall and re-install when I got back here to the U.S.

I think it has to do with region keys or something.....I think

Just log in to your other account with the other country and check for updates. Never had a problem with any updates.
