Where is the NASCAR games? This is not a drunk or troll post...serious question here. I've had my iPhone(s) for over a year now and have never seen a game come close to this sport. There's games for everything else out there even ones that don't make any sense. If some company like Gameloft or something can make this I will buy it instantly. I know EA lost the rights to the name but c'mon...there's a game for every other major sport out there, where is NASCAR?

Someone needs the Improved Thread Title App.

If you have nothing positive to say, don't say anything. Why are there a thousand fart apps but no NASCAR games? Seriously.

Because tilting your phone to the left a bit and holding in that position to go around in a circle 500 times would be pretty boring?

Licensing. If EA has the rights to it; and they don't feel there are enough people to buy it or just don't want to develop it, it isn't going to happen.

+ Eleventy billion. I was thinking the same thing.

Wait a sec. Isn't the thread title completely negative? And your fart reference negative?

Mine was actually a positive reply: you catch more flies with proper thread titles. You could have said both in the title.

Better idea!
A NASCAR fan simulator!
Its from the point of view behind the mullet, trucker hat, and wife beater shirt!
You can even move the camera up and down and left to right!
Up and down to look at your ripped faded blue jeans, unshowered body, beer can helmet, and of course, your beer in your hand.
Left to right because that all you do to watch this "sport."
You can scream "git er done!" and cry when Earnhardt dies! Oh, and smack yer bitch for not gettin' you a hot dog.

It'll sell like hotcakes!

Technically, the thread title is correct. And can there ever be an app for everything? Not as long as the universe is still infinite. :)

You know, you got a lot of nerve. This is one of the worst posts I think I ever read.

Whatever, I give up. Obviously there will never be one because it's not "popular" enough as football, baseball, basketball, etc.

Calm down. You've obviously never been in the PRSI forum, have you?
I make these jokes towards my girlfriend all the time, because for some reason or another, she enjoys watching cars make left turns a lot. Silly NASCAR fan.

ozzyman500, just to show there are no hard feelings, as much as there is indeed sarcasm everywhere on the "internets," and to raise this thread above that misplaced NASCAR-fan reference above, here's a poem for you by one of the all-time greats:

Ozymandias, by Percy Bysshe Shelley

"I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: "Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown
And wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
`My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away."
