I've got more iTunes store credit that I plan on using. Does anyone know whether I can 'withdraw' my balance (or get it credited/refunded to my credit card)?

I just recently did this. You can get a check sent to you in about 1-2 weeks even though they'll tell 6 weeks.

Thanks. I couldn't figure out how to get a chat support session started so I tried through email support. They denied my request. How did you get a chat session started?
