trick to re-sizing pict in quote view ?

I've seen a few of you quote a members pitcs with your comments, and their pict is smaller than orig.
Very effective.

I tried and can't do it.
This shows me re-sizing a pict in the preview mode - I justclick/drag the LH top handle, it is much smaller, but upon seeing the preview its the orig BIG size.


Just trying to be efficeint with threads not becoming long for comments.

I realize best not to quote images, if subject is on different page quote w/small images helps get point across.
