flash player plug in issues

does anyone know what is up with the flash player plugin? i tried a lot of steps but nothing works. I tried deleting the plug ins and then reinstall a new one but still the same problem.

Did you apply the latest update from Apple 10.6.2, in this update Apple did address an issue having to do with the performance of flash.
