Replacing Back Cover

Hey guys,

I have a 16GB white iPhone 3G, and its been a year since, I bought it. The back case is getting some really bad wear and tear. Theres little hair cracks between the speakers and the silent switch. Theres also a large crack forming from the dock connector going up the back of the case.

I bought a replace case off ebay. And would like some help, replacing the case.

The glass on the front, is fine (no scratches or whatever), its just the back case I'm more concerned about.

So if anybody can help me find a site with a video on replacing the back case, or some step photos, that will be cool.

And once, I've replaced the case, I'm gonna buy a silicon cover to help protect it, better.

here is a site I was told to check out since I wanna replace my back cover of my iphone 3G
and it has both disassemble and assemble video!
