Do I need to get rid of Cydia? Going to Apple to fix my phone.

I plan on going to the Apple store tomorrow to get them to check out the camera on my phone. Whenever I shoot a photo there are 4 black splotches that appear and it shows up in the photo. I plan on removing my theme, but should I also remove cydia and winterboard.

You will have to unjailbreak, just restore with the legit firmware
