Waiting on my dual 1.25 G4 from apple... im in canada.. quick question..

for those who have ordered from apple and live in canada:

i called the carrier who is delivering my comp ( same day ) and they told me that my comp will arrive in toronto tommorrow! now will it make it to me (ottawa) by the end of tomorrow?

Errr... probably not. Likely it will get to Ottawa the next day, shipped to a depot, re-routed, and then sent out.

Since it's the holiday Monday in Canada, you're probably looking at next Tuesday or Wednesday. If I'm wrong, well, you'll have a happy weekend!

It depends on how early ... when my powerbook arrived it made an incredible distance across the continent in a single day (starting from singapore ... to alaska ... somewhere in the mid-west ... toronto .. back to vancouver). But it seems to me it got delivered on the next day anyway.

Now if only the courier could narrow down their wasted miles a little bit. Amazing what sorting hubs do for completely unecessary travel.
