I love the oddly enough section of Yahoo! news for such jems as this

A Malawian court has convicted a Catholic priest and a nun of disorderly conduct after they were caught engaged in a sexual act in a parked car with tinted windows.

The thing is that priests in some parts of Africa are allowed to marry.

im thinking they were convicted of the act in public, not that it was a priest/nun.

Well they got caught in a pubic act and now will have to pay. Maybe when they get out they can make the situation legal. :D

hahahahaha, i've seen some church boards that sound funny to a twisted mind but that is just blatently hilarious.

I can see how you would think that (I think), but actually I just intended it at face value :eek:

(no the "face value" thing was not an additional pun, even though that smiley looks a little dodgy)

I had another thought about the dangers of sex in the car in modern times. Imagine accidentally kicking the On Star button.

A priest and a nun doing the nasty... like there was anywhere else for the thread to go... Spunky churches though is what really pulled it into the gutter...

That would be quite embarrassing. Female voice comes on, "What is your situation?" Though since it's done in the back seat, it should help alleviate that problem.

Just remember what a funny situation.

One time I was in South Dayton, standing at the corner of Pennyroyal Rd. and Francis Dr. and the the church sign on the corner read "Come As You Are."

I was like "wtf?"

Now that's gutter-thinking. ;) Actually, *digging back into memory of church going days* that phrase is used in church settings a lot, so I'm thinking that one's not so unusual. Or am I missing something and is there a significance to those street corners?

Ahh well, should let this thread die, but so much fun.

Yes, "The distinctive clothing worn commonly by nuns or monks; as, in the late 1900's many orders of nuns discarded their habits and began to dress as ordinary lay women."

That was my first reaction too - the perfect 'caption' for this story would have been:
