opting out of "mobile sites"

My local newspaper "updated" their site. Now, when using the iPhone Safari, I always end up on their mobile site page. Is there anyway to view their site on my iPhone with all the content I see with Safari on my Macbook?
 
Only if the site has a link to use the non-mobile site. Sometimes you can delete cookies and get it to go back to the non-mobile, but it usually goes back.
 
I think if you are jaibroken there is something from cydia you can download to disable mobile versions of websites.
