I had to reset my ipod touch 2g. I would like to know if i can get some of the information back from a backup? I am daibetic, and would like to have the past info for me and my dr. If so how do i do it? I really don't know were the information is keep at. :confused:

Conect your iPod to your computer. It will mount under Devices in iTunes. Right-click on the iPod icon and you can choose your backup. :)

I have a 3g iTouch but when I plug my iTouch into my system it will backup my data each time. If you restore your iTouch it should give you the option to pick from what backup. My system has the dates next to each backup. Hope that helps :apple:
