I just Got a Macbook Pro unibody 15"
I want to get an external monitor mostly for video editing etc. I will also use if for watching online videos and dvds.
My size range is 27-39" and i was thinking about the options of a computer monitor and an hdtv. Computer monitors at that size are way too expensive so im going to go with an hdtv.
At this point im looking to get a vizio. for what ever size i can get at around 400-500 bucks. My question is what would be the best technical specs to get to use for the connection to the macbook pro. Resolution? 720p or 1080p? connections?
What are your experiences with hooking up hdtv's as monitor?
