iOS Apple status 'Waiting for Review' - how long?

I submitted an app a week ago...It still remains as status 'Waiting for Review'.

Can anyone give me an idea of how long their app remained in this status of 'Waiting for review' before entering the 'In Review' status?

It seems to take around 12-14 days for apps to be either approved or rejected - that's for normal cases. If there's anything unusual about it (i.e you get an email that it's taking longer than usual to review your app) then it could takes ages.
