I have a new 5G nano and put it in my Apple dock connected with Apple (all OEM) cables to my TV to watch my video podcasts. I'm getting audio on the TV as expected, but also (annoyingly) out of the iPod's tinny speaker. Shouldn't the speaker shut off when the iPod is in the dock? I looked for any kind of settings in the nano's menus for playback in the dock, but can't find anything. I can't even find menus for PAL/NTSC or 16:9/4:3 ratio screens that I think my old "fat" nano had. What am I missing?
