Copilot North America not announcing street names?

I just got Copilot North America on Sunday and it is on version 800469. It shows text to speach is active, but all I get is turn left or turn right. It isn't announcing street names like it should. Any ideas?

Open Co-Pilot, go to settings, language and voice, then select your language. Your choice should have a asterisk next to it. In the US, it will be Frank.

Yes, only the names with an "*" after them will announce street names. These are computer voices btw. The female UK voice is much better, but uses Brittish terms, slipway for exit ramp for example.
