How to create a RSS feed with apps drop prices ?

I'm dying to create a RSS feed that displays the last apps drop prices on the AppStore… Impossible to find a how to somewhere, but maybe you can help me ? There's no problem for the last paid apps or free apps, but nothing for the price drops.

Yeah, I saw these kinds of feeds, but is there a way to create my own ? It's for a french website about iPhone/iPod touch gaming and I'd like to display the apps drop prices, with an URL like feeds.feedburner.com/iphonedropprices…
