Copy file to Windows Mobile device?

I've got this Samsung phone running Windows Mobile that I want to copy a document to in order to read it on the road. I don't need to sync contacts or anything, just move over this one file. Is there any way to actually accomplish this?

I should add that the device is wifi enabled and able to connect to my wireless network, but refuses to map a SMB share on my Mac.
