Yes, and it's not really a Cydia app, it's a RockYourPhone App. You can start the process from Cydia, but it will send you to Rock to purchase or enable your trial anyway.

Mini review: Working great for me, and I know my 12 year old thinks I'm a genius because i can "give her" wifi in the car when we are on a road trip :)
