Hi all,
I need to create a single page website for a small business.
iWeb is ok, but I would like to be able to make a site where I can change the style relatively easily, and not be constrained by the cookie cutter templates.
Another app i've noticed is RapidWeaver, does anyone have any experience using this?
Any other suggestions gratefully acknowledged.

I use RapidWeaver and have been very pleased with it. There are a couple of other good website builder apps out there, but in trying them I decided to go with RW. It's easy to use and the developers are very responsive. Plus it has a large community that builds plugins that greatly enhance its capabilities. There is nothing you can't do with it with the right plugin.

You might want to consider SquareSpace.com for that website. I used to use Dreamweaver for our website combined with GoDaddy for the hosting, but SquareSpace combines web-building, content management, and hosting in one package. I found it super-easy to build a pretty nice looking site for our business including contact forms, galleries, etc. in far less time than with DreamWeaver. Plus the SquareSpace folks are very responsive and great to work with.

Here's how our site turned out if you are interested in what you can do: www.nextwaveperformance.com

+1 for RapidWeaver

iWeb is nice and I've used it in the past but RapidWeaver is just as easy to use and has many more options, IMHO.
