iOS How to know every time i touch tabitem from tabBar which one i've chose?

I've made a tabBarApp with NavController, and i want to know every time that the user will choose one of the tabs - which tab was chosen.
how?
 
I'm gonna channel robbieduncan here: "Read the documentation for UITabBarControllerDelegate. There's a pretty obvious instance method that does what you need."
