UKreg Cname problem

I'm doing a website in iWeb and it's all ready to go. Have registered the domain name with UKreg and I can't seem to put the right bits into the CNAME bit - it asks for 'host name' and then 'points to' - I don't know what to put... any help out there?

Correct. WWW is the hostname portion of the url. For example, www.yahoo.com essentially tells the browser to go to the server named "www" at the domain "yahoo.com".

thanks sonic - you are a star!! it's all so simple (ok, obvious) really, but if no one tells you, how do you know... really appreciate your help as this has driven me round the bend all day.
