Hi,

I have a unibody macbook and I decided to buy a display.

I read that I have to buy Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter . I checked Appleshop Ebay etc and all the cables looked very short to me. I wonder how I can connect my Macbook to a LCD monitor if the cable is just 15-17 cm.

Can anyone suggest me a longer Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter?

thE adapter is just that, an adapter.
The cable runs from the monitor to the adapter to the MacBook.

on my iPhone, sorry I couldn't paste the pic but I hope this helps
the white piece is the adapter, the black piece is his cable. Dvi cables are usually like 4ft, I don't think you will find a longer adapter. A longer cable maybe but that adapter is your only choice.
