Okay, I just got my fancy new 32 gig iPod Touch, (I'm posting from it) and I would like to make Apps for it. I am a Java programmer. Does the iPhone OS support Java? If so, how can I learn to program on the iPhone, and if not, what languages does it support and what do you recommend? I can't find any help...

No. There is no support for Java at all. Native apps are written in Objective-C. It is possible to use C++ if you want, but you still need Objective-C to interface with Cocoa Touch for the UI.
