I have just switched to Mac, and i am looking to convert files from .ogg to mp3 to play in iTunes. what would be a good program to do that ? Thanks

I haven't tried this yet, but I'm thinking about it. :rolleyes:

There's a plugin for .ogg in iTunes it's a QT component that lets you also encode to and from it.

I was able to get the QT plugin for iTunes and i can get the .ogg to load into iTunes, but i want to be able to transfer them to my iPod and it will not allow .ogg on the iPod. Not sure what else to do???

I'm using some program called "MAX" (under the GPL) for conversion of .ogg and ripping of CDs. Seems pretty decent and free.

You can use this site too http://www.oggconvert.com/. Its a online converter of ogg files to this formats MP3, AAC, FLAC, OGG, WMA, M4A, WAV
