Someone at work's Albook won't boot, and since it won't boot a CD, I tried zapping the PRAM (option + apple + P + R while it booted), and still nothing. Is there any other steps to take before calling AppleCare?
Thanks.

Run a 6-to-6 FireWire cable from it to another Mac and try to boot it in FireWire disk mode.

Well, actually the PB is in a remote location, so I'm just trying to figure out what else Apple will ask me to do if I call them... so I guess I'll just call them tomorrow.
