Hi
Sorry but i wasnt sure where to post this. Is anyone else having a prob with the homepage? I keep getting this error message
Warning: mysql_connect(): Host '192.168.1.4' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/macrumor/public_html/csspvt/cssdbinit.inc on line 8
Unable to connect to database
I got here by accessing the site through my history.

I think if I remember correctly, macrumors.com is on a different server than forums.macrumors.com.
I could be wrong though.

You are correct, the forums and the main page are on different servers, and BTW they are run on some sort of linux not Winblows

Well this is a Mac forum, why wouldn't they run on Macs? ;)
I mean the last time I checked, there was a server version of Mac OS X.
Yay! Go Linux!

Yup, Linux.
Who first got the idea that these forums might be running on IIS or something? Its just a little mysql burp.

I was also getting that same error earlier today. Glad to see it is fixed. What would I do if I couldn't access MacRumors?
