I'm starving damn it. I want good rock music and I want it NOW.
Could anyone recommend some good bands that I might find interesting? Bands that don't have a wide audience but damn deserve it?

My tastes are: Collective Soul, Alice in Chains, Days of the New, The Wallflowers, Better Than Ezra, and a lot of classic rock.

check out the radio charts > seattle > 107.7 KNDD (the End) radio station playlistings, there should be some good bands you would like there. There is also a couple of iMixes I would look for, in addition to one called 107-9 the end, there is one that was something along the lines of I heard it on KXPP to find lesser known bands.

I'd hit allmusic.com (http://www.allmusic.com). Do a search for the bands you like and see what comes up in the "other bands like this" list.

The new edition of The Dead (without Garcia) is really good!

2003 tour featured Joan Osborne: link (https://www.munckmusic.com/wms/dead/index.html)

Have not heard the 2004 stuff though.
