Trying to Record Video onto Sony TRV 22 DVC

Hello,

If anyone else out there has a Sony TRV 22, can you please help me out. I'm trying to record files from IMovie onto a DV tape, using the firewire as DV in but I can't get it to work. The Sony owners manual doesn't say much.

I'm at work so don't have my manual with me, but as I recall you make sure the cam is in VCR mode (uses the input that way), then just hit "record"
