Safari on Windows 7

Was not sure where to ask this question so I decide to try here. When I open IE or Chrome on Windows 7 the windows open stacked on the taskbar. However, when I open Safari it creates another ICON on the task bar. Anybody know how to make it work like IE and Chrome.

I found the problem. I had to UNPIN it then run it from the start menu. Then pin the one that was now open. It appears that this one had a different name. That solved the problem.
