But to be fair, those are the apps I always list when people ask this question. So I figured it would be easier to just post the link... 😀
those apps in that link are more feature driven like zoon/crop

[app]Camera Genius[/app] has the antishake function. It'll wait till the camera is steady before it snaps a pic. That's the best I've been able to do for getting better pics.
There's an app that boasts 5.0 pixel pics for the 3G camera using special algorithims, but it hasn't gotten great reviews in the Japan iTunes Store (I can't read the reviews though).
