It hasn´t been Roxio Toast for that long. Adaptec sold Toast to Roxio a few years ago, relying on their hardware business. They´re still alive.

It won´t even be `Roxio` anymore, just Napster. And to me Napster is dead. That´s three kills with one stone. Amazing!
