If you can, I'd like to know how. Once my DP 2.5GHz G5 gets here I want to set that baby to work. :)

Yes, one per processor. Check the FAQ thread in Distributed Computing, which is where this thread should be. ;)

It is very simple. Normally you have one proc, one FAH program and one WU. Now you have 2 procs, 2 FAH programs and 2 WU's that it is processing. A WU can only be processed by one proc. There is a script from mc86k that let's you set up and use both procs, making 2 FAH folders and running 2 FAH programs. The link to the "dual script" is in the FAQ thread. Only thing is, mc68k's homepage is currently ofline... But if you need the script now, I can email it to you. Already did it to Vlade.
