Navigon and Tom Tom gps cradel

Hi, I was wondering if the Navigon app and the Tom Tom gps cradle work together? Also how good is the Tom TOm gps cradle? I got my fiance the navigon for christmas already and she really wants the tom tom cradle, i just want ot make sure that the tom tom gps cradle will work with the navigon and also that tom tom cradle is great.
