Export and Import Meta Data to mp4

I am remaking some mp4 files that I have created earlier. Is there an easy way to get the metadata from file 1 to file 2 without having to tag the new file again.

Example: movie1 old rip to movie1 new rip. metadata is the same but I'd hate to tag everything again, any ideas?

Subler (http://code.google.com/p/subler/) will import meta-data from one file to another. Use it all the time.
