My Macbook is not booting at all, so I inserted the OSX cd to redo the harddrive and boot from the cd but nothing happens. All I get is the BLACK screen of death and the cd sounds like it is spinning. Background on the macbook, was working fine, with some minor problems, would shut down and reboot no problem, but now it won't do anything at all. Can someone tell me how to get the CD out without hurting anything? Thanks for your help.....:confused:
